2 Chronicles 36:

Jehoahaz was king for 3 months.  King of Egypt deposed him and took him to Egypt.  The Egyptian king put his brother, Eliakim, in his place and changed his name to Jehoiakim.  Jehoiakim was a bad king who ruled for 11 years.  Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon came to capture him and took with him vessels and treasure of God.  Jehoiachin became king for 3 months and Nebuchadnezzar came to capture him too and took more vessels of God with him.  Zedekiah ruled 11 years and did evil in the eyes of God.  Even Jeremiah and other prophets came to warn him and the people, but they turned a deaf ear. The Chaldeans came against Judah to destroy Jerusalem, its walls, and burnt it down.  They also took the people as slaves for 70 years until the Persia empire was established (which included Babylon) and King Cyrus of Persia ordered the people to return to Jerusalem to build God's temple. 

Ezra 1:

God fulfilled the words of Jeremiah and stirred up the spirit of King Cyrus of Persia to make a decree in writing that God has asked him to build God a house in Jerusalem in Judah, so all who are from them should return and be given necessary supplies and donations to accomplish this.  So the people of Judah and all who God stirred up to assist them went up to Jerusalem and they got all the precious metals, animals, and free gifts that was required.  Even the treasures of God that were taken by Nebuchadnezzar were returned by Cyrus for the building of God's temple.  This is a revelation that Africans and all Black peoples will be free in our life time (within 30 years - 2045).  A power will arise against Europe and Arabia (maybe Asia) and change the system of doing things to favor the descendants and the original human creation of God.  The soul purpose of the change will not be to return to Africa to rebuild God's temple, but rather, to lead the world from wherever they may be from the worship of idols (money, racism, sexism, unjust man-made laws (constitutional law), unholy alliances, materialism) to the worship of the only and true creator - GOD.

Ezra 2:

The surviving captive of Judah, and their children, that Nebuchadnezzar took to Babylon returned to Jerusalem.  Nothing evil is permanent.  Evil is just a temporary state.  Every exile or captive shall come back home even through his children.  Just focus on God and it will all come to pass.  Even those that left their land due to economic or political oppression shall all return great.
