Exodus 23:

Do not spread rumors nor help the wicked as a false witness.  Do not follow the crowd of majority to do wrong or favor the opinion of the crowd against the poor to pervert justice. Assist you neighbors in always, even they that do not like you.  Do not put the innocent to death based on false charges because God punishes the guilty and do not deny the poor justice.  Reject bribes because it influences the truth negatively and do not oppress immigrants. Work your fields for 6 years, but in the 7th year, let the poor have the land and let the wild animals eat from it.  No work on the 7th day so that both the animals and employees can rest. Follow God and not any other gods. God sent an angel to lead the Israelites to the promised land and they are to obey, not rebel against the angel because he will not forgive any rebellion.  If they obey the angel, God will be enemies to their enemies and give them the promised land by eliminating those who live there.  Do not worship their gods, but destroy their scared stones to pieces, and God will bless your food and water.  God will also remove sickness, miscarriages, barrenness, and give a full life span.

Exodus 24:

God called Moses up and he told God that the people have agreed to do all that God had commanded and Moses wrote down all that God had said to the people.  Moses then build altar by the foot of the mountain for God's sacrifice and he set up 12 stones to represent the 12 tribes of Israel.  Moses took half the blood from the offering to sprinkle on the altar and the other half he put in bowls.  After reading the book of the covenant to the people and the people agreed, Moses then sprinkled the blood in the bowls on the people and said it was the blood of the covenant between God and the people in observing God's laws (Jesus will be the human sacrifice centuries later).  Moses, Aaron, Nadab, Abihu, and 70 elders of Israel went up to see God.  He soon left the leaders at a point and took only Joshua as his aide further up with him. God called him up to get a tablet of stones with the laws and command of God, and Moses stayed with God on the mountain for 40 days.

Exodus 25:

God told Moses to receive a free-will offering from the people on his behalf .  God would accept precious metal, linen, goat hair, ran skin dye, olive oil, anointing oil, and acacia wood among others. God told the people to build a place for him following the pattern God showed Moses, so that God could dwell among the people.  So the Ark of the Covenant was build for God. This included a table and a lampstand.

Exodus 26:

The Tabernacle was made for God.
