What Does the Bible say about Why Being Married is Better than Being Single?

1 Corinthians 7:

It is a great idea for people to marry rather than increase fornication and adultery.  The body of everyone belongs to the spouse.  Partners should not use sex as a weapon (withdraw sex to get what they want) for satanic benefits.  It is also better for singles and widows to marry rather than burn with passion.  Husbands and wives should never separate or divorce, so be careful how you choose your partners because you are not expected to divorce an unbelieving spouse.  Christians are not responsible for an unbelieving partner leaving.  Remain as you were when you accepted Christ.  You do not have to now follow any form of tradition to justify your new belief or be forced to do anything.  A slave is now free in Christ and the free one is now a slave for Christ, but do not be slaves to humans. If you have a spouse, property, happiness, or sadness, live as if you do not have anything because this world is passing away soon and fast.  Single people are supposed to dedicate their body, spirit, and time to God, but married people devout themselves to their family.  After death, people are free to remarry or stay single.  Both are acceptable to God.  So the Bible expects marriage.

1 Corinthians 8:

Knowledge brings arrogance, but love uplifts us all.  The man who loves God is know by God, but the man with knowledge never knows enough.  There is only one Creator God for whom all things were made and live for through Jesus Christ.  Idols and gods are meaningless. People still take food to idols seriously and it defiles them, but food is irrelevant to a relationship with God.  Do not let your confidence in your knowledge make the weak to stumble.  If eating food to meaningless idols will weaken a brother in Christ, then do not eat in order to sustain his faith in Christ and not sin against Christ.

1 Corinthians 9:

Paul is free as an apostle who has seen Christ and have evidence of followers as a worker for Christ.  Unlike other apostles, like James (bother of Jesus) and Peter, Paul did not have a wife and worked for a living (making tents).  If earthly workers share in the profits and soldiers are paid, why not apostles?  Paul did not use this right.  Those who work in the temple and serve at the alter receive compensation from those places, so should the workers of the gospel receive their wages from the gospel. Paul wants to preach the gospel for free for his own satisfaction and serve all humans in order to win them to Christ.  Unlike runners who run to get a crown that do not last, the Christian faith is for a crown that lasts forever.
