You must be relegated like the lame
Or you are simply not cooperative
You must always do for others and take blame
Or you are considered unproductive
Don’t speak to other Blacks at work
Or you no longer fit the company culture
Always agree with their senseless junk
Or you are too smart to be their vulture
Learn to disagree with democratic initiative
Or you may never become an executive
Always play the fool for a year or more
Or EEOC will laugh just to see you mourn
