Colossians 4:
Paul in chains advices us to devote ourselves to prayer, watchfulness, and thanksgiving to God. Be wise when dealing with worldly people and season your response with grace to everyone. Do not let outsiders turn your godly intended words into evil strategically against you or God’s kingdom. The kingdom of darkness controls the world against the few people of God. Be watchful, prayerful, and give thanks to God in all things.
1 Thessalonians 1:
Be models for all believers to always stand for God and truth regardless of sufferings, shuns, ridicule, and mockery from those not living in the light of God.
1 Thessalonians 2:
Always do what is right, just, and noble by God regardless of opposition in terms of loss of job, salary, promotion, raise, connection, or influence. Speak against unjust wars, oppression, and lies even if it is profitable in worldly gains to do otherwise because you will face God after you die but nothing in this world is going with you. You should have your own income set aside from delivering God’s word or doing God’s work. Work with your head and hands for God’s blessing and multiplication. God is always a witness to how we live in encouraging and motivating each other to live godly lives according to God’s expectations. The Jews killed Jesus and the prophets, as well as drove out the apostles. God’s wrath is against the Jews because they have offended God by standing against the Gentiles and preventing them from knowing God. Do not be influenced by the news, wealth, false pastor, or opinions based on selfish ambitions. The wicked controls the resources of the world, but focus on God and God will provide your daily bread.
