 Romans 2:

Do not judge others because we are all guilty of something, but God’s judgment against those who ignore his existence and ways are based on truth.  Humans are intentionally stubborn and unrepentant.  They do not know that God’s patience for them is for their time to repent. All those who keep doing what is right by God’s laws will be glorified, honored, and have immortality.  Those under the law will be judged under the law, but those outside of the law will not be judged by the law.  The Gentiles will be judge outside of the law by their faith in God in their hearts.  Those who have the law (the Jews), but break a law are still law breakers and are uncircumcised, even if they are.  Those without the law, but act as if they have the law, will be justified as if they had the law and will be considered circumcised, even if there were not.  So the law was just to guide, but it is totally insignificant to the faith and justification in God. A man is not a Jew just because he is circumcised physically or has the Law of Moses, but rather, because he is circumcised in the heart and has the Spirit to follow God.  This is the deference between the old Jew (Judaism) and the new Jew (Christianity).

Romans 3:

There is no advantage of being a Jew to God.  Circumcision and the Laws of Moses are meaningless (one filled with God’s Spirit lives out the law automatically in God’s grace and forgiveness).  The condemnation for those who believe that their waywardness justifies the existence of God and so therefore should not be judge by God is totally deserved. No Jew or Gentile is righteous because all have turned away from God with their eyes, mouth, minds, actions, hands, and justification for war.  The law only justifies us as sinful and as guilty.  The only righteousness that is from God is through faith in Jesus Christ facilitated by God’s Spirit. God presented Jesus as a sacrifice of atonement to show his justice and to justify those who have faith in his blood (resurrection of the dead). Faith through the guidance of God’s Spirit is superior to observing the law as a lawbreaker (imperfect).  The Law of Moses is not nullified, but the Spirit of God that dwells in those that have faith in the resurrection of the dead of Jesus uphold the law automatically.  Those who still break the law freely do not have the Spirit of God (godly conscience).

Romans 4:

Abraham was righteous not by the works of following the law, but by faith in believing God.  Even David talked about blessed people who are justified by God without their works and their sins are ignored by God.  Abrahams was credited as righteous before circumcision (even before Moses).  Judaism is dead; God is the father of the faithful and believers in Jesus Christ – Christians are the NEW Jews ONLY by faith in the resurrection of the dead.

The book is meant for people who are hopeful but seem not to have yet found their purpose on earth. This book will help enable people and communities to progress with a peace of mind towards their destiny.

Need daily devotion materials for you and your family early in the morning or late at night? I used this daily at night to instruct my children about want I expect from them now and into the future. We pray about the devotional message to a higher power, which makes them feel that the expectation is an achievable goal.
