Deuteronomy 16:
Always rejoice and give thanksgiving to God for all he has done for you. Always get your spouse and children involved in worshipping God. Always judge fairly regardless of race, gender, or religion at work, home, or school. It is the just that inherits the earth and not the ones that discriminates or pass unfair laws. Let no one compete with God for you.
Deuteronomy 17:
Always give God your best and set aside people or things that are abominable in God’s eyes (wickedness, racism, and unfair laws). 2-3 witnesses are needed before decision against anyone (he should be allowed to defend himself effectively regardless of race, gender or religion). Your leaders must be from among you (to represent all the people properly rather than political or personal interest).
Deuteronomy 18:
The Levites (government) do not share in the inheritance, but lives from the taxes (tithe). Listen to prophets of God and not divinations, soothsayers, or sorcerers. The Prophet will speak in God’s name, those prophets that represent God falsely shall die. The true prophet of God is the one whose word comes to pass as stated.
Deuteronomy 19:
Those who innocently kill their neighbor must have a place of refuge and not be put to death. Those who kill intentionally do not deserve refuge. This includes hate crimes, initiation killings, and racial killings. Innocent killing will put blood guilt on the land. Those who bear false witness against a neighbor must carry the intended punishment of the crime for the falsehood. This include lies of rape or against blacks at work or in neighborhoods. There must be 2-3 witnesses before judgment (this includes forensic or DNA). So police and judges must do a diligent job in order to discourage falsehood from the people.
