Ezekiel 36:

God said to the desolate mountains of Israel that have been mocked by other nations because they have claimed it as their property with plunder, malicious talks, and slander (Africa and Africans are the property of other nations and they are not respected by anyone to this day), that the nations around them that have scorned them will also suffer scorn.  God promised the mountain of Israel that it will be favored, multiplied with people and animal, and bear abundant fruits to be prosperous.  Israel suffered from God’s wrath and captivity because they killed the innocent and served idols.  God promised to restore them, cleans them of their sins, and return them to prosperity on their land.  What God hates most is idol worship (man made things such as money, possessions, unjust laws, power) as well killing or oppressing the innocent.

Ezekiel 37:

The hand of God took Ezekiel in the spirit and set him in a valley filled with dry bones.  God asked him if these bones could come alive, but he was unsure.  So God told him to prophesize on the bones that God will give them life, flesh, skin, and breath.  As he did it, the bones did come together with a loud rattling noise covered with tendons, flesh, and skin, but no breath in them. So God commanded him to prophesize for breath to enter them from the four winds, as soon as he did, breath entered them and a vast army stood before him.  God then revealed to Ezekiel that Israel thinks that their bones are dried, they have been cut off, and there is no hope, but God insists that from the grave of hopelessness he will raise them up and bring them back to their land (Africans scattered because of slavery and post-colonial effect)God promised to join Judah and Israel together as one nation again and they will never be divided again under one king (Jesus Christ).

Ezekiel 38:

God told Ezekiel to prophesize against Magog (great region between Turkey and Iraq) and tell them to prepare for war.  A day will come when they will gather their army to fight Israel after Israel have returned from captivity.  They will have Ethiopia, Libya, and Persian with them to invade a peaceful people that have neither walls nor gates, but God will use their invasion to show his people that he is still their God.  God declares on the day of invasion, a great earthquake will occur and scare every man, animal, fish and bird, and God’s sword will be against Magog.  All the nations will know that God is God.

The book is meant for people who are hopeful but seem not to have yet found their purpose on earth. This book will help enable people and communities to progress with a peace of mind towards their destiny.

Need daily devotion materials for you and your family early in the morning or late at night? I used this daily at night to instruct my children about want I expect from them now and into the future. We pray about the devotional message to a higher power, which makes them feel that the expectation is an achievable goal. It is very good at helping you and your family stay focused in improving your quality of life and making better decisions. Always use this daily!
