Why is there a need for Critical Race Theory?

Many good and able Whites, Asian, and men in America legitimately do not know, understand, or comprehend what blacks, Hispanics, women, and people with disability go through based on how the laws have negatively affected their lives through the decades or for more than two centuries. While there has been some social and economic closeness between Whites and Asians as well as modern laws for the women and people with disability in white communities, old Jim Crow laws (Black codes) against blacks and immigration laws against Hispanics are still prevalent today towards increasing fatherless homes, incarceration, poverty, unemployment, and inability to vote for adequate leadership.

Why educate Americans about Critical Race Theory?

Even many Blacks in America, especially descendants of Africa and the Caribbean, who come to America later in life and have surpassed the African-Americans, do not understand how legalized white supremacy laws have aided their advantage over the African-Americans since their birth. For America to become a more equal nation in their quest for both freedom and prosperity, both grade school children and the general public must be educated and made aware of how the policies and procedures of legalized and systemic white supremacy has stagnated the growth of black and brown communities in America.

What is the value of Critical Race Theory in America?

American grade schools and colleges need to teach Critical Race Theory in all their classes and chapters, if possible, to explain how legalized white supremacy policies and procedures has weaken the success of America compared to the progress of many developed countries where all citizens are encourage to achieve optimally with little or no repressive laws against any legal group. American children, employers, and law enforcement need to understand that America has always had repressive white supremacy laws against people of color in terms of education, healthcare, housing, employment, entrepreneurship, voting rights, policing, and even legal sentencing that has prevented over 33% of Americans from contributing tremendously to American development compared other developed countries.
